'A Big Airplane' was inspired by the discovery of my grandmother's monthly planners where she had noted her previous and upcoming trips. I imagined her sitting with a cup of coffee, planning out where she wanted to travel to. The handwritten elements are taken directly from her planner and other elements are from vintage magazines and a vintage blueprint.
